MaShield 15DS

MaShield 15DS is an antimicrobial solution of 15% active peracetic acid (C2H4O3) in an aqueous equilibrium with 10% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and acetic acid (C2H4O2). MaShield 15DS can be directly applied to a variety of food types including fish, meats, poultry, seafood, ready to eat, marinades, fruits and vegetables. In addition, MaShield 15DS can be used for on-line and off-line reprocessing of poultry within USDA Food Safety and Inspection Directive 7120.1
